A Japanese Tea Room is a perfect place for a little romance.
Flowers never hurt either.
It's a beautiful setting.
This scene was inspired by a gift from my sister and her son. They found the pretty "shelf" at Epcot. It's really a fold out card. My sister also gave me the bouquet...it's an eraser. The Maneki-neko (beckoning cat) and dumplings are also erasers.
Hello from Spain: I just discovered your blog and really like. I collect dolls especially Barbies. I have a blog that I invite you to visit: all4barbie.blogspot.com If you want to keep in touch. I became a follower of your blog. I like this oriental decor.
ReplyDeleteIt takes a really creative to take those things and turn it into this scene! I REALLY like that step chest!
ReplyDeleteHallo Doris,
ReplyDeletedie Karte sieht ja super aus. Wie ein echtes Regal. Toll!! Am meisten gefällt mir der Matcha-Cup mit Whisk.
Liebe Grüße aus dem frühlingshaften Norddeutschland von Monika
Great gift, I would never have guessed that the "shelf" was made of paper, it looks lacquered. I like the way your whole family really gets involved in your minis. I'm noticing that this particular doll gets a lot of action!
